Smokey has the same sad story we’ve heard too many times. Pets who are simply not convenient anymore, pets who don’t fit into the owner’s lifestyle are simply given away when their owner’s move. Smokey deserves someone with a lifestyle that includes keeping him in their home forever.

On Saturday KC and ML from Cat Blogosphere posted about AniMeals and sent in a generous donation that everyone  appreciates very much! The kittens thank you!

On Friday we had 13 new kittens brought in, all were small and some were sick. The good news is that they had a restful weekend of recovery and are well on their way to growing up to be great cats!

Thomas was a beautiful cat who outlived his long time human companion and ended up at AniMeals. We were graced with his presence for a few short months and everyone here came to know him as a polite and gentle kitty who had plenty of sweetnes for everyone.

Heidi Has a Home!

The Queen of the Cardboard Box finally found a home! Heidi was a dear old cat who made her nest on Mill’s desk in a leftover paperbox lid lined with a blanket. She loved lounging around and getting fiesty with all her friends. Last week a heart of gold took her home and we’re sure she’ll enjoy Heidi’s personality. Congratulations! We’ll miss you!
