A starving and matted cat was brought in yesterday…this poor guy is in some dire need of TLC, and that is just what he will get here at AniMeals! Steph, the Warehouse Manager, and the Warehouse Assistants, worked hard y
esterday getting the mats off him…with one mat being at least 3 inches in diameter. Sores had formed on his bony body. Tiger is here now being rehabilitated at the shelter, but it will take some time. This is a prime example why our Special Needs Medical Fund is so important.
Also, KITTENS! We are asking that anybody interested in fostering kittens this kitten season, PLEASE contact Steph at 721.4710 or warehouse@animeals.com. Some more just arrived yesterday from Animal Control after their mom had been run over by a car. These babies are only days old and are being fostered where they are fed every two to three hours around the clock.
